Cancellation policy
As guarantee, credit card details will be kindly requested upon confirmation.
Guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
Please note: for multiple reservations or long stays different policies may apply. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel after the deadline or in case of no-show.
Deposit policy
No prepayment is needed. Different deposit and cancellation policies may apply for multiple bookings and long-stay bookings.
Damage deposit
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit.
Payment policy
Payment is required at the time of check-in for the entire stay.
Taxes and fees
VAT of 10% is included in the price. City tax of € 4 per person, per night is not included.
