KK Resort Apartments are located in a charming white villa nestled within the lush park of the Sheraton Lake Como.
The entire villa can be reserved for exclusive use and is composed of three delightful independent apartments: the Gardenia Apartment, with three bedrooms, located on the first floor, and the two attics, Iris and Ninfea, situated on the second floor.

Gardenia Apartment with Terrace
A wonderful 120-square-meter (1,292 sq.ft) apartment, perfect for your next stay on Lake Como, accommodating up to 5 guests in absolute comfort.
The apartment features three bedrooms with two private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with dining area. Inside, elegant furnishings and refined details complete the ambience.
A furnished terrace with sun loungers, sofas, and a dining table overlooks the hotel’s shared swimming pool and the greenery of the park.
Iris Attic
The beautiful Iris Attic of 50 sqm (538 sq.ft) is located on the top floor of the villa and features one bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room, comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests.
Ninfea Attic with small balcony
Located on the top floor of the villa that hosts the KK Resort Apartments, the Ninfea Attic welcomes guests into a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
The attic can host up to 4 guests (70sqm / 753 sq.ft), thanks to a separate bedroom and a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette.
It also includes a private bathroom with shower.
To fully enjoy the sunshine of Lake Como, guests of the Ninfea Penthouse can also make use of a small furnished balcony.

All guests have access to the hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool with solarium and heated whirlpool area (open during spring and summer), the children’s playground, the indoor fitness center, and the Spa.
To delight the senses, three dining options are available: from the relaxed atmosphere of Kincho Restaurant, open all day during the warm season, to the Michelin-starred experience at Kitchen, and the authentically Italian cuisine of Gusto.

In the shadow of the Rhaetian Alps and hemmed in on both sides by steep, verdant hillsides, Lake Como (aka lake Lario) is the most spectacular and least visited of the three major lakes in Northern Italy.
Our villa is located right in front of the Sheraton Lake Como Hotel, very close to the shores of the lake, and thus well connected with the traditional boat on Lake Como to Como, famous Bellagio town, Varenna and surroundings.
Also, you can easily reach the bus stop located on the main street. To go shopping: Gran Mercato supermarket (650 ft distant), and Bennett mall (5 minutes walking distance).
