To relax and unwind during the sunny days a wonderful terrace overlooking the private park of the nearby Sheraton Lake Como Hotel.

All guests can also enjoy the hotel facilities like the swimming pool with solarium and heated whirlpool area (open seasonally), the kid’s playground, the internal fitness studio and the Spa.

To delight your senses three dining options at your steps: from the informal atmosphere of the all-day-dining restaurant Kincho open in Spring and Summer, to the Italian cuisine at Gusto, to the refined Michelin-star experience at Kitchen.

Sheraton’s concierge is also at your disposal for organizing tour or other experience in the area.

Neighbourhood

In the shadow of the Rhaetian Alps and hemmed in on both sides by steep, verdant hillsides, Lake Como (aka lake Lario) is the most spectacular and least visited of the three major lakes in Northern Italy.

Our villa is located right in front of the Sheraton Lake Como Hotel, very close to the shores of the lake, and thus well connected with the traditional boat on Lake Como to Como, famous Bellagio town, Varenna and surroundings. Also, you can easily reach the bus stop located on the main street. To go shopping: Gran Mercato supermarket (650 ft distant), and Bennett mall (5 minutes walking distance).
